Accordingly, the Minister of Public Security decided to transfer Colonel Tran Quoc Phuc - Deputy Director of Vinh Long Provincial Police - to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police, from June 12, 2025.
Colonel Tran Quoc Phuc affirmed that he will continuously strive, promote his personal capacity and the spirit of collective solidarity, determined to successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building the Tra Vinh Provincial Police force to be increasingly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern.
Also last week, on June 10, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Director of Hanoi Police - presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Colonel Nguyen Duc Long - Head of the Criminal Police Department - to the position of Deputy Director of Hanoi Police.
Speaking at the assignment, Colonel Nguyen Duc Long affirmed that in his new position, he will continuously practice, study, improve leadership capacity, professional work and immediately start performing assigned tasks.
In Da Nang, on June 11, a ceremony was also held to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Accordingly, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Dai Dong - Deputy Director in charge of Da Nang City Police - presented the decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Tran Minh Nguyen - Deputy Director of Kon Tum Provincial Police - to the position of Deputy Director of Da Nang City Police from June 12, 2025.
On June 12, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Vo Thi Hoai Ngoc - Deputy Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police - presented the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Hong Khac - Deputy Director of Tien Giang Provincial Police - to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police, from June 12, 2025.
On June 12, it was also noted that Thai Binh Provincial Police held a conference to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Pham Manh Hung - Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Thai Binh Provincial Police - to take up the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Security - Ministry of Public Security.
In Phu Tho province, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan - Director of the Provincial Police - announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police - to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security.
