Implementing the above decision, on August 4, the Office of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province officially announced the introduction of Mr. Hoang Thai Binh's position and signature form for agencies and units to facilitate coordination and contact work. The Provincial People's Committee Office requests relevant units and agencies to grasp and implement in accordance with regulations.
According to the information displayed on the Cao Bang Provincial Information Portal, the Provincial People's Committee Office is managed by Chief of Office Duong Hung Dung, Deputy Chief of Office including: Nong Thi Huong, Dam Hai Trieu, Truong The Vinh and Mr. Hoang Thai Binh (recently appointed).
It is known that before being appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Mr. Hoang Thai Binh had a period of time as Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province.
