Mr. Truong Tuan Anh - senior expert of the Office of the President, former Assistant to the President, was appointed General Director of HFIC to replace Ms. Trang.
In the management boards, Mr. Nguyen Ky Phung - Vice Chairman of Thu Duc City People's Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Van Tai - Vice Chairman of Binh Chanh District People's Committee, received a new assignment as Head of the Investment and Construction Management Board of the New Urban Area in South Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien - Director of Construction Investment Consulting Service Center (under the Management Board of the New Urban Area of South Ho Chi Minh City) was appointed as Deputy Head of this Management Board.
At the Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Development Studies, Mr. Tran Thanh Binh - Vice Chairman of District 3 People's Committee, was appointed as Deputy Director.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai congratulated the appointed individuals, and emphasized that the transfer and appointment this time had been carefully considered by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

As for Mr. Truong Tuan Anh, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai requested HFIC leaders to urgently review operations, propose a new development strategy, and complete the operational orientation before the end of this year. Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai emphasized the role of HFIC as an important tool in mobilizing development resources according to Resolution 98 of the National Assembly.
For the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requested to review land funds to attract investment, while improving the quality of enterprises, especially large technology enterprises.
