Accordingly, on September 26, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and award decisions to appoint leadership and management positions and the title of Senior Prosecutor.
In which, Mr. Nguyen Kim Sau - Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Prosecution of the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 11) was assigned to hold the position of Director of the Department of Prosecution of the settlement of administrative cases, commercial and labor cases and other matters as prescribed by law of the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 10);
Transfer Mr. Le Xuan Loc - Senior Prosecutor, Head of the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 1) to hold the position of Director of Department 11 of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
Assign Mr. Nguyen Duc Bang - Senior Prosecutor, Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Cases of Infringement on Judicial Activities, Corruption, and Positions in Judicial Activities of the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 6) to hold the position of Head of Department 1 of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
Transfer Mr. Tran Hung Binh - Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Department of Prosecution and Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations in Judicial Activities of the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 12) to hold the position of Director of Department 6 of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
Appoint Mr. Phung Duc Tien - Senior Prosecutor, Director of Institute of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Director of Department 12, Supreme People's Procuracy; Appoint Ms. Bui Thi Hanh - Lecturer, Head of the Faculty of Criminal Law and Criminal Prosecution to hold the position of Vice Principal of Hanoi University of Procuracy;
Appoint Mr. Duong Hung Yen - Senior Prosecutor, Director of Institute of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Deputy Director of Institute of High-level People's Procuracy in Hanoi.
The term of appointment for the above-mentioned persons is 5 years, starting from September 26, 2024.

Also last week, Mr. Cao Pham Tuan - Intermediate Prosecutor, Department of Prosecution Practice, Investigation Prosecution, and First Instance Trial Prosecution of Social Order Cases, Quang Binh Provincial People's Procuracy was appointed as Deputy Director of Institute, Quang Trach District People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years from September 16, 2024.
