At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary and President To Lam presented the decision to appoint Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic Cases - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
General Secretary and President To Lam congratulated Mr. Ho Duc Anh on his trust and appointment, and affirmed that this was an honor and pride for all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the People's Procuracy at all levels and Mr. Ho Duc Anh himself.
To successfully fulfill the responsibilities, requirements and tasks assigned to him in his new position, the General Secretary and President asked Mr. Ho Duc Anh to continue to train his political mettle and be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people.
The General Secretary and President requested that Mr. Ho Duc Anh work together with the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy to innovate all aspects of work and take care of the Party organization to be clean and strong.

Last week, on September 20, the Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam - Senior Prosecutor, Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Yen Bai province to hold the position of Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic Cases of the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 3), the appointment term is 5 years, starting from September 20, 2024.
Assign Mr. Chu Xuan Ngoc - Senior Inspector, Deputy Director of the Department of Emulation and Commendation, Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 16) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 15) from September 20, 2024.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Vu Hong Diep - Senior Prosecutor, Director of Institute for the Practice of Prosecution and Trial of Criminal Cases to hold the position of Deputy Director of Institute of the High People's Procuracy in Hanoi, the appointment term is 5 years, starting from September 20, 2024.
