On the morning of July 1, on the first day the administrative apparatus operated according to the two-level government model after the merger, officials of the old Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union were present in Hai Phong City - where the new headquarters was located. They set off early, carrying their luggage not only documents and work but also the spirit of youth, the spirit of dedication and determination to adapt quickly to the transformation of the province.
From 6am, it rained heavily in many places, but officers from the old Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union gathered at the departure points. With 10 officers traveling on the first day, the unit proactively hired three vehicles to divide into groups along the route, making it convenient for pick-up and drop-off. The atmosphere on the bus was as bustling as a collective business trip: laughter, wishes "for sailing down the wind", interspersed with gentle everyday stories to help relieve the psychology before big changes.
"We do not consider this a pressure but an opportunity to mature" - Ms. Vu Thi Thu, Head of the School's Youth Union, shared. With many years of working in the Youth Union, Ms. Thu understands that rapid adaptation is one of the necessary qualities of young cadres.

"The first time moving the headquarters to a new land, everyone was a bit worried. But when I saw the initiative and positivity of my colleagues - from preparing vehicles, arranging family and work - I clearly felt the spirit of Hai Duong youth: not afraid to change, willing to go further to contribute better" - Ms. Thu shared.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh - a specialist of the Propaganda Department - shared a special impression from the atmosphere on the bus early in the morning: "Like the times we go on business trips to remote areas - not tired but on the contrary, very happy and attached. Everyone called each other up, prepared snacks, and texted to ask where the car had arrived. We feel like we are part of a team that is starting a new journey - and that makes us feel empowered.
Although the working location has changed, both officials affirmed their duties and the spirit of serving the people has not changed. They clearly identify traveling further as a challenge, but at the same time a condition to practice discipline, responsibility and the ability to arrange life reasonably.
The trips to Hai Phong in the early morning of July not only welcomed cadres, but also brought enthusiasm, solidarity and faith in a new journey - where Hai Duong youth continued to light up the good values in the modern, professional and service administrative apparatus.
