Ministry of Home Affairs reassigns tasks to Deputy Ministers

The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued a Decision to adjust the work assignment of Deputy Ministers.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Decision 02/QD-BNV on adjusting the assignment of work for the Ministry's leaders.

Accordingly, the Decision adjusts the assignment of work of the Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long assists the Minister in charge of the following areas of work: Management of civil servants and public employees; Organization and staffing; State management of youth; Information and propaganda work; Work of the Party Committee of the Ministry as assigned by the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry;

Participate in Steering Committees and Commissions (Deputy Chairman of the National Committee on Vietnamese Youth, Deputy Head of the Committee for developing the Project on job positions of the political system; Permanent Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Home Affairs);

The Minister authorizes Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long to act on behalf of the Minister to manage the work of the Ministry when the Minister is absent for 2 days or more.

In addition, Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long is also assigned to be in charge of the following units: Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees, Department of Organization and Personnel, Department of Youth Affairs, Information Center, State Organization Magazine, and Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang assists the Minister in charge of the following areas of work: Local government work; Inspection work; Association and non-governmental organization work; International cooperation work; Religious work; Scientific research work; Training and fostering work;

Participate in Steering Committees and Councils (Government's Human Rights Steering Committee, Central Mass Work Council, Participate in other Steering Committees according to assigned work areas).

Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang was also assigned to be in charge of the following units: Department of Local Government, Ministry Inspectorate, Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, Department of International Cooperation, Government Committee for Religious Affairs, Institute of State Organizational Sciences.

Deputy Minister Cao Huy assists the Minister in charge of the following areas of work: Administrative reform; Planning and finance; Salary policy; Document and archive work;

The Minister delegates a number of tasks on legal work and participates in a number of steering committees according to assigned fields.

In addition, Deputy Minister Cao Huy is also assigned to be in charge of the following units: Department of Administrative Reform; Department of Financial Planning; Department of Salary; Department of State Records and Archives.
