On May 9, according to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the ministry has just issued Decision No. 3000/QD-BQP announcing the List of administrative procedures in the field of military enrollment implemented in the electronic environment under the management functions of the Ministry of National Defense.
2 administrative procedures announced under this decision will be implemented online at a partial level; received through the Ministry of National Defense's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System at: https://dichvucong. mod. gov. vn.
According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense, the above 2 procedures include: (1) Enrollment procedures according to the university, college, and intermediate level enrollment system and (2) Enrollment procedures for training at the university and military college level in the formal system.
Both of these procedures are in the field of military recruitment and the receiving address is the Ministry of National Defense's Administrative Procedure Information System at https://dichvucong. mod. gov. vn.
The decision of the Ministry of National Defense takes effect from May 8, 2026. The Chief of the General Staff, Heads of agencies, units and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
According to information from the Ministry of National Defense, this ministry issued the above decision at the request of the Chief of the General Staff in Official Dispatch No. 2535/TTr-TM dated May 6, 2026.
Previously, the Military Enrollment Board of the Ministry of National Defense also issued Document No. 2518/HD-TSQS on Guiding Candidates to take the Capacity Assessment exam to serve the enrollment of universities and colleges in military schools in 2026, specifically:
1. Assess the capacity of high school students in accordance with the current general education program.
2. Career orientation for learners based on personal competence.
3. Provide information and data for military schools to use exam results for university and college admissions.
4. Provide information and data for non-military schools to use for education and training purposes (if needed).
The expected registration time for the exam is from 8:00 AM on May 11, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 20, 2026. The expected exam time is week 3 of June 2026 (specific time, the Exam Councils will notify candidates).
