At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van - Party Committee Secretary, CSCD Commander presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Do Tien Thuy - Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police on receiving the job and holding the position of Deputy Commander of CSCD; Colonel Vu Cao Son - Deputy Director of Hoa Binh Provincial Police on receiving the job and holding the position of Deputy Commander of CSCD.
