The Prime Minister assigned the People's Committees of provinces and cities to be responsible for ensuring conditions for teaching 2 sessions/day starting from the 2025-2026 school year.

In the past week (from May 31 to June 7), Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed many telegrams, issued many Directives to direct and manage many important issues.

Accordingly, in Official Dispatch No. 80/CD-TTg dated June 1, 2025, the Prime Minister requested ministries, branches and localities to step up the implementation of asset handling plans after restructuring and organizing the apparatus and administrative units at all levels.

The dispatch requires the arrangement of headquarters, facilities, equipment and conditions to ensure service for the work of agencies, organizations and units according to the new administrative unit model; it is possible to arrange and maintain work at many headquarters in the first phase of administrative unit arrangement to ensure state management in the merged areas.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also signed Official Dispatch No. 81/CD-TTg dated June 3, 2025 on the situation and solutions to ensure power supply in the peak months of 2025 and the coming time.

The Prime Minister adjusted the Minister of Industry and Trade to direct the strengthening of the state management, associated with the inspection and supervision of the operation and urging the implementation of the power source projects, the best preparation for the peak month generation; At the same time, closely update the weather to build a reasonable method of operating the electrical system, ensuring the capacity of power plants, ready to meet the high loading demand in the hot sun in the summer peak months.

In Official Dispatch 82/CD-TTg dated June 4, 2025, the Prime Minister requested to strengthen direction and urge functional forces to closely coordinate, continue to promote the peak period of fighting to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, fake milk, fake medicine, fake functional foods, quality-less foods, goods violating intellectual property rights.

Timely detect and strictly handle violators; at the same time, strictly handle cadres, civil servants, and officers who show signs of moral degradation, corruption, negativity, protection, and assistance with law violators with the motto " handle one case, warn the whole region, the whole field", "no forbidden areas, no exceptions"...

The Government also issued Resolution 155/NQ-CP dated June 1, 2025 promulgating the Government's Plan to implement Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 dated May 29, 2025 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development, which clearly stated:

The People's Committee at the provincial level, based on actual local conditions, issued detailed regulations on cases where people with houses under their ownership but far from the workplace are considered for social housing support policies according to Clause 2, Article 9 of Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15. The issuance deadline is in June 2025, ensuring the effectiveness is in accordance with Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15.

The Government has also issued Decree No. 116/2025/ND-CP dated June 5, 2025 regulating policies to support the recovery of animal diseases.

The Decree clearly states that in order to reduce damage and stabilize production, pig farmers forced to destroy them due to epidemics are supported with VND40,000 per kg of breath.
