On July 1, at the first session of the Hong Bang Ward People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council announced the Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council on appointing the leadership positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward for the 2021-2026 term. Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Van, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, holds the position of Chairman of the Hong Bang Ward People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council.
On the side of the Ward People's Committee, Mr. Pham Van Doan was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Viet and Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh held the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee. Hong Bang Ward also announced the decision to establish People's Council committees, specialized departments and administrative organizations under the Ward People's Committee.
At the meeting of the People's Council of Le Chan Ward, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of the Ward announced the resolutions on the appointment of leadership positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the Ward for the 2021-2026 term. Mr. Dang Dong Anh, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, holds the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Council; Mr. Pham Vu Quyet holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council. Regarding the Ward People's Committee, Mr. Pham Van Tan was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Le Chan Ward People's Committee. Mr. Pham Viet Anh and Nguyen Trong Dai hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Chan Ward.
Also on July 1, the An Duong Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, held the First Conference to improve the organization, assign tasks and deploy working contents in the new term. The An Duong Ward Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 31 comrades. Ms. Tran Thi Quynh Trang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the An Duong Ward Party Committee. Mr. Bui Tien Phong and Mr. Vu Duc Thuy were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the An Duong Ward Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Also in the morning of the same day, the People's Council of An Duong Ward, term I, 2021 - 2026, held its First Session. At the session, delegates heard the announcement of the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council on personnel work. Accordingly, Ms. Tran Thi Quynh Trang was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the An Duong Ward People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong held the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council. Mr. Bui Tien Phong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Tran Duong and Mr. Vu Manh Hung to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026.
In Thuy Nguyen ward, Mr. Pham Hung Hung was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, term 1, 2021-2026. Mr. Pham Van Luong holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council. Regarding the key leadership positions of Thuy Nguyen Ward People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Vien was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Thuy Nguyen Ward People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. Mr. Hoang Minh Duc and Bui Van Bien were appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.
The meeting of the Nam Do Son Ward People's Council took place on the morning of July 1 to announce the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council on appointing the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, Mr. Tran Khac Kien, former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Do Son District, holds the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Council. Mr. Le Duc Hop, former Head of the District Department of Culture, Science and Information, holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council.
