On June 21, the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee issued a decision to establish working groups to guide, monitor the operation and direct the Congress for the 2025-2030 term of newly established communes and wards.
The general responsibility and direction of the working groups includes key leaders of the province such as: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Huynh Thi Chien Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Thien Van - Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The province established 6 working groups to guide, monitor the operation and direct congresses in the assigned localities.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee informed that when officially operating the 2-level local government model, key officials in communes and wards must set an example and strive to stabilize the apparatus.
Key cadres in communes and wards must decide for themselves, do for themselves, and take responsibility to their superiors.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee suggested that key leaders of communes and wards must update and strictly comply with the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee related to the organization of the activities of the new commune-level government.
Each cadre and leader must quickly change the status to adapt to the requirements of work progress.
"The requirement for key leaders of communes and wards is to be proactive and responsible, not asking for opinions on everything, only reporting to the province for opinions on major issues," emphasized the Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary.
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary requested commune-level cadres and civil servants to be close to the people, close to the people and best serve the needs of the people.
Cadres need to grasp the situation, handle local problems, avoid the situation of not daring to do, being afraid of responsibility and not meeting the requirements.
