Previously, on December 26, 2024, the Central Party Office issued an Official Dispatch notifying the Secretariat's opinion on introducing personnel to fill leadership positions in Bac Giang province.
The Secretariat has proposed to introduce Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee to be elected as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairwoman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
Introducing Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to be elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At the conference, with 100% of the Provincial Party Committee members present voting in agreement, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong was elected to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Gau congratulated Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong and Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh on being elected by the Provincial Party Committee to hold the positions of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to complete the documents and procedures, report to the Secretariat for approval of the positions according to regulations; at the same time, proposed that the Provincial People's Council consider organizing a meeting to elect the final positions of Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Council and Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong was born on October 29, 1973. Professional qualifications: Hanoi Law University (major in Law), Hanoi Open University (major in Business Accounting), Master of Law; advanced political theory qualification.
Before being elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Huong was a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh was born on July 26, 1980. Professional qualifications: Hanoi University of Transport (major in Road and Bridge Construction), Thai Nguyen University (major in Economic Law), Master of Highway and City Road Construction; Advanced level of political theory.
Before being elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Oanh was a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
