For the coming time, the requirement is to continue to improve the quality of training and combat readiness; and at the same time strengthen political and ideological education; promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new period. Taking care of soldiers' lives and building internal solidarity is emphasized as a key factor in completing tasks.
At the working session, General Nguyen Trong Nghia - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Head of the General Department of Politics acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of task performance of officers and soldiers of the Regiment in the past time; notably, thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing the resolutions and directives of the Ministry of National Defense on military and national defense tasks; strictly maintaining the combat readiness regime; organizing close, correct, and sufficient training. The work of building regularity and discipline has many positive changes; the material and spiritual life of soldiers has been concerned and ensured. Party work and political work have been comprehensively deployed, contributing to building a unit strong in terms of politics, ideology, organization, ethics and cadres. Logistics and technical work has been deployed synchronously and effectively.
At the Central Military Junior High School, the working delegation highly appreciated the efforts to stabilize the organization, build order and improve the quality of training. This is identified as an important environment in discovering and fostering young human resources for the Army. The requirement is to focus on ideological education and political bravery training for students from the beginning.
During the program, the delegation offered incense at the City Martyrs' Cemetery and the Monument to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, expressing gratitude to previous generations. This activity contributed to educating tradition and strengthening the sense of responsibility for officers and soldiers.
At the end of the working trip, the delegation visited production increase models, technical innovation initiatives and presented gifts to encourage the unit. This is a source of spiritual encouragement, creating motivation for Regiment 143 and units to continue to improve overall quality, meeting task requirements in the new situation.
