    At the invitation of Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the Russian National Assembly Duma Vyacheslav Volodin led the Russian high-ranking delegation to officially visit Vietnam and co-chaired the 4th Session of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the National Assembly Duma of Russia from September 28-29, 2025.
