In the context of Bac Ninh province focusing on implementing key tasks such as: arranging administrative units, perfecting the organizational apparatus according to the two-level local government model, promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, ... the increasing demand for support in handling administrative procedures of people, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested agencies, units and localities to develop a plan to launch emulation movements, encourage and motivate cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, and youth union members to volunteer to register to participate in supporting people in performing administrative procedures at their place of residence, contributing to the formation of "digital residential areas", promoting the spread and formation of a synchronous and comprehensive digital society in the province.
