The Politburo has just issued a decision approving Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
On behalf of the Politburo, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee - presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc on being assigned a new important responsibility.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee - announced the Politburo's decision on approving Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030; and at the same time appointed him to participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 3.
Speaking to direct, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc is a well-trained official, grown up from the grassroots level, and has held many positions. In the assigned positions, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc always excellently completes tasks, making important contributions to the overall achievements of the locality.
Starting from the practical requirements of the province, implementing the leadership of the Politburo and the Secretariat, the collective of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee discussed democratically, objectively, unitedly, and unifiedly; fully implemented the steps, procedures, and regulations on personnel work; and conducted the election of the title of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc.
On behalf of the Politburo, the Head of the Central Organization Committee congratulated Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc on being assigned a new important responsibility. This is the concern and trust of the Politburo and the Central Party Committee in the Party Committee and people of Hung Yen province and Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc personally.
Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders at all levels and sectors in the province to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, support and help Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc in his new position.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Pham Quang Ngoc expressed his gratitude to the Politburo and the Central Organization Committee for trusting him with the assignment. He seriously received the directing opinions to concretize them into the program and plan to lead Party building and socio-economic development of the locality.
Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc wishes to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction, and assistance of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the Government and central agencies; and at the same time receive the support and consensus of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, provincial leaders and former leaders, along with Party committees, authorities and people in the province to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
