The conference announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee of the City Party Agencies, term 2020 - 2025, consisting of 28 comrades, the Standing Committee of 9 comrades. Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, is Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies; Mr. Hoang Quoc Thuong, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, is Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Pham Quang Sang is Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
At the same time, the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee of Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term was appointed, consisting of 7 comrades, Mr. Dao Van Ninh, member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee Inspection Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee.

Office of the City Party Committee: Mr. La Hong Phuong, member of the Party Executive Committee, holds the position of Deputy Chief of the Office in charge.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee of Party Agencies Do Manh Hien requested Party committees and leaders of units to quickly stabilize the internal organizational apparatus, maintain the spirit of internal solidarity to focus on leading cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, and members; continue to improve the capacity to advise and assist the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in leadership, direction, and operation according to the functions and tasks of each agency and unit.
