Attending were Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Duong province; Ms. Nguyen Minh Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee and Party committees, leaders of the police of units and localities.
At the ceremony, Binh Duong Provincial Police announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the organization of the Provincial and centrally-run City Police.

Accordingly, the Binh Duong Provincial Police apparatus is arranged according to a model from 3 levels to 2 levels: province and commune. No district-level police will be organized from March 1, 2025.
According to the plan after reorganizing and implementing the new apparatus, Binh Duong Provincial Police will streamline 9 district-level police units and 99 team-level units.
To carry out the work of arranging and assigning officers according to the new organizational model, Binh Duong Provincial Police has announced and presented decisions to transfer 12 officers who are Department Heads, District Police Heads and 38 officers who are Deputy Chiefs of District Police to take on and hold positions at professional departments under Binh Duong Provincial Police.

Colonel Ta Van Dep - Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police - requested that affiliated units quickly stabilize the organization, change the status, be proactive and creative in work, and excellently complete assigned tasks. For new functions, tasks and powers, units need to quickly approach and proactively and effectively implement them, not to miss or interrupt tasks, and not to leave vacant assigned areas and fields.
