On the morning of March 11, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang, Head of Inspection Team No. 3 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee chaired the Conference to announce the Inspection Decision for Party Committees of wards: Ba Dinh, Giang Vo, Hai Ba Trung.
At the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of the City Police, Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 3 announced Decision No. 1221-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee on the establishment of inspection teams.
Accordingly, 12 inspection teams were established by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to inspect 40 Standing Committees of Party Committees of communes and wards and party members who are heads of Party committees and authorities in leadership, direction, organization of research, thorough understanding, study, propaganda and implementation of Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress; the development and implementation of working regulations, programs, and plans to organize the implementation of resolutions of congresses at all levels; building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system, setting an example, acting, and responsible.
In which, Inspection Team No. 3 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee led by Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang conducted inspections of Party committees of Ba Dinh, Giang Vo, Hai Ba Trung wards.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang emphasized that inspection and supervision work is an important leadership function of the Party. Each inspection and supervision is not only aimed at evaluating the performance of tasks, but also an opportunity for units to self-review, self-examine, self-correct, thereby continuing to improve leadership methods and improve work efficiency in the coming time.
Implementing the inspection and supervision program for the 2025-2030 term, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to establish inspection teams to conduct inspections and supervisions in some localities and units in the city. The inspection content focuses on key and important issues that the City Party Committee and affiliated Party committees are concerned about, especially the organization of the implementation of major resolutions of the Central Government and the city.
Mr. Vu Dai Thang said that this inspection focuses on evaluating the leadership and direction of organizing research, thoroughly grasping and implementing important resolutions, first of all the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress; and at the same time associated with the implementation of Resolution 14 of the Central Committee and strategic resolutions that the Central Committee has recently issued.
This inspection is carried out according to the motto of not spreading out, but selecting a number of typical areas for in-depth inspection and supervision.
Ba Dinh, Giang Vo and Hai Ba Trung wards are selected as key areas to evaluate the organization of the implementation of city resolutions as well as strategic resolutions of the Central Government.
The subject of inspection is not only the collective Party Committee, but also includes the responsibility of the head of the Party Committee and local government. The city is currently very interested in innovating leadership methods, enhancing the role and responsibility of the head in performing political tasks, especially major work programs of the city.
I request units to closely coordinate with the Inspection Team, develop reports in accordance with the suggested outline; at the same time, prepare complete documents and dossiers for the Inspection Team to study, compare and conduct actual surveys when necessary. On that basis, the Inspection Team will summarize, objectively evaluate and develop inspection conclusions in accordance with Party regulations," Head of Inspection Team No. 3 requested.
