The Government Office has announced by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung on implementing solutions to review, evaluate, upgrade, and develop information systems to serve the direction, operation, and service of people and businesses to meet the requirements of administrative unit arrangement according to the new model.
Regarding infrastructure, transmission lines, information security and safety, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to deploy the expansion of specialized data transmission networks in the direction of a centralized and unified network from the Central to the grassroots level. Must ensure bandwidth, connection, and connectivity between agencies, to be completed before June 27, 2025.
In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Public Security to preside over and coordinate with ministries, branches, localities and service providers to ensure absolute security and safety for the public service system and the operating system of ministries, branches and localities to operate smoothly and without interruption.
Ministries, branches and localities coordinate with service providers to arrange sufficient infrastructure and terminal equipment to exploit and operate stable, smooth, and safe information technology systems, to be completed before June 27, 2025.
Regarding the announcement and disclosure of administrative procedures, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to complete the announcement and disclosure of administrative procedures.
The Ministry of Science and Technology and the Government Inspectorate have publicly completed administrative procedures in Decrees on decentralization, delegation of authority, and determination of authority.
At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister also requested the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to complete the announcement of the list of administrative procedures applied in provinces and cities.
Standardize the set of administrative procedures applied in the province after the arrangement of administrative units and update and publicize on the National Database on Administrative Procedures, to be completed before June 27, 2025.
Publicly announce the head office address and list of administrative procedures received and returned at the Provincial Public Administration Service Centers and Commune Public Administration Service Centers before June 25, 2025.
Establish and publicize the hotline of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the People's Committees of communes, ensuring regular and continuous operation 24/7.
