At the conference, the Standing Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of Da Nang City Party agencies, directly under the City Party Committee, including 27 Party organizations.
The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Da Nang City has 27 members, while the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 9 members. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Da Nang City.
This Party Committee will have two Deputy Secretaries, including Mr. Ngo Xuan Thang, Chairman of the City People's Council, holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mr. Pham Truong Son, Secretary of the Son Tra District Party Committee, appointed as full-time Deputy Secretary.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh, born in 1975, from Dien Minh commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province, has a professional qualification of Doctor of Literature and advanced political theory. He has held many important positions such as Principal of Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang, Editor-in-Chief of Da Nang Newspaper and Director of the city's Department of Education and Training.
The conference also announced the decision to end the activities of some Party Committees such as the Party Committee of the City's agencies, the Party Committee of the High-Tech Park and the Da Nang Industrial Parks. The functions and tasks of the Party delegations and the Party Executive Committee will be transferred to the Party Committee of the City's Party agencies.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, suggested that new officials should proactively allocate time and assign specific tasks, and at the same time develop working regulations to ensure effective operation.
