On the morning of February 20, the People's Council of Da Nang City held the 22nd session (special session) of the 10th term, 2021-2026 term. The session conducted personnel work according to the authority for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City.
The voting results at the session, 49/49 votes in favor of Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City.
Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh, born on January 12, 1968, hometown Dien Tien commune, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province. Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh has a Bachelor's degree in Law, Master's degree in Engineering, and a Senior degree in Political Theory.
Before holding the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City, Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh was Head of the Da Nang City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
Also this morning, the Da Nang City People's Council dismissed and elected many additional leaders.
The meeting of the People's Council of Da Nang City voted to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Dang Hoang, former Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Mr. Nguyen Dang Huy, former Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Phung Phu Phong, former Director of the old Department of Construction and Mr. Bui Hong Trung, former Director of the old Department of Transport.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Van Phung, former Director of the old Department of Finance and Nguyen Quang Thanh, former Director of the old Department of Information and Communications were also dismissed from the position of Member of the City People's Committee. Previously, Mr. Thanh and Phung had submitted an application for early retirement.
The People's Council of Da Nang City has elected additional positions as members of the People's Committee of Da Nang City with Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tam, Director of the Department of Finance, Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam, Director of the Department of Construction, Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Mr. Le Duc Vien, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Mr. Pham Nam Son, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Mr. Le Tu Gia Thanh, Chief of Office of the City People's Committee.
