Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Le Trung Chinh has just signed a decision to adjust the first inspection plan in 2025. Accordingly, 27 inspections were canceled and 1 subject was removed from the inspection list compared to the original plan. This adjustment aims to streamline inspection activities, avoid overlap, and at the same time reflect the actual situation at units and enterprises.
In particular, the People's Committee of Da Nang City decided to cancel the inspection of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Agricultural Works and Rural Development of Da Nang on bidding and construction investment management for the period 2023-2024. Thanh Khe District People's Committee was also withdrawn from the inspection list on the responsibility for implementing regulations on corruption prevention and control due to overlap with the State Audit's plan.
The Department of Finance also canceled many inspections, including inspections of the management of state capital and assets at Da Nang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, Da Nang Housing Management and Exploitation Center, and Hoa Vang District People's Committee. The Department of Construction canceled the inspection of compliance with regulations on automobile transportation business at 8 enterprises. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also stopped inspecting the operations of 10 international travel service businesses.
Many other departments, branches and localities such as the Department of Justice, the Department of Health, the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, along with Ngu Hanh Son, Son Tra districts and Hoa Vang district also adjusted and canceled a number of inspections.
According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, this adjustment is based on the policy of arranging and streamlining the state administrative apparatus, merging commune and ward-level administrative units, avoiding overlap and overlap in inspection, examination and supervision work. In addition, Nguyen Minh Hoang Company Limited was also removed from the list of inspectors because this enterprise had its license to trade in tobacco products revoked.
