The Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee decided to transfer Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of the City Department of Home Affairs to work at the Party Committee of Hai Chau Ward. Ms. Hoa was appointed to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Chau Ward for the term 2025-2030.
At the same time, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa was appointed to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Civil Defense Command of Area 1 - Cam Le for the term 2025-2030. Ms. Hoa takes on the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Chau Ward replacing Ms. Cao Thi Huyen Tran.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa was born in 1978, native of Binh Dao commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province (now Thang An commune, Da Nang city). She holds a Master of Law, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Political Theory.
During her work, she held the positions of Head of Department 3, Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee; Deputy Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee; Director of Quang Nam Provincial Department of Home Affairs concurrently Deputy Head of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Organization Committee. After Da Nang and Quang Nam merged, she was appointed Chief Inspector of the city, then held the position of Director of Da Nang City Department of Home Affairs and Chairman of Hoang Sa Special Zone People's Committee.
Conversely, Ms. Cao Thi Huyen Tran, City Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hai Chau Ward, was transferred to work at the Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang City replacing Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa. The Chairman of the City People's Committee decided to appoint her to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa Special Zone replacing Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa.
Ms. Cao Thi Huyen Tran was born in 1983, native of Hoa Vang commune, Da Nang city. She holds a Master's degree in Literature, University majoring in Literature. Previously, she held the positions of Head of the Culture - Society Committee of the City People's Council, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council, Secretary of Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee and Secretary of Hai Chau (old) District Party Committee.
After implementing the arrangement of administrative units, Ms. Cao Thi Huyen Tran was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Chau Ward for the 2025-2030 term. This transfer is aimed at continuing to consolidate the leadership team, meeting the management and administration requirements of the city in the new period.
