Localities will not organize art programs to celebrate the festival. In case there is a popular group or a group of children celebrating, it should be done concisely, economically, and avoid form.
Regarding congratulatory flowers, it is required to limit the maximum number of flowers in the hall (no more than 5 groups), prioritize common flowers of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; common flowers of communes and wards in the district before the arrangement and merger; common flowers of village, hamlet and residential group Party cells; Party cells of agencies and Party cells of the police and military sector under the Party Committee.
Provincial leaders attending the congress include: representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's leaders attending and giving instructions (as assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee); Members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee members in charge of the area; Steering Committee of the Party Congress at the commune level. If the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee can arrange their work schedule and can attend, they should report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee (through the Provincial Party Committee Office) to arrange it in the general work schedule.
The Provincial Party Committee Office recommends that Party Committees of communes, wards and special zones seriously implement it to ensure the congress is held according to plan, practically and economically.
At the recent meeting to approve the congresses of the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, including the wards of Dong Thuan, Dong Son, and Bac Gianh, Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang also requested localities to continue to promote propaganda work and launch emulation movements to celebrate the congress.
At the same time, organize commune-level party congresses according to plan and economically.
