At the admission session, the Congress conducted important contents in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the City Party Committee, specifically: Electing a Presidium of 9 comrades, a Secretariat of 2 comrades and an Inspection Committee of the status of delegates of 5 comrades; Approving the Working Program, Internal Regulations, Working Regulations of the Congress, and the Report on the status of delegates; Discussion, comments and voting to approve 100% of the Draft Report on the Comprehensive Report on the participation in the Draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the Documents of the Hai Phong City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The delegates focused on discussing, giving opinions, and contributing many in-depth opinions to improve the quality of the comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee in the coming term, especially in the fields of economy, culture - society, national defense - security and Party building work.

According to the plan, the official session of the 1st Congress of the Nhi Chieu Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will take place on the morning of August 9, at the Hall of the Nhi Chieu Ward Cultural Center, the working place of the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the ward.
The 1st Congress is of special significance, marking a turning point in the organization and construction of the Nhi Chieu Ward Party Committee after its establishment, while demonstrating high political determination in improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and building a strong and comprehensive political system.
