This is the information that Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang shared at a press conference to inform about the National Achievements Exhibition with the theme of 80 years of the independence - freedom - Happiness journey and the 80th Anniversary of the Successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2 on the afternoon of August 22.
Informing about foreign delegations participating in the parade and parade, Ms. Hang said that Vietnam has invited 4 countries with military forces to participate in the parade, including Russia, Laos, Cambodia and China.
In addition, more than 20 main party delegations and 8 foreign defense delegations confirmed their attendance at the ceremony. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also invited nearly 100 delegates who are international friends who have been close to and supported Vietnam over the past 80 years.

In particular, for the first time, there was the participation of the overseas Vietnamese with the participation of 50 representatives from 18 countries and territories, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of the Vietnamese people away from home for the Fatherland. Overseas Vietnamese delegates expressed their pride in being present at this important historical event.
Previously, on the afternoon of August 21, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang visited, presented gifts and encouraged overseas Vietnamese delegates participating in the exercise in the overseas Vietnamese group.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang emphasized that the August Revolution and National Day September 2 not only have sacred meanings for the Vietnamese people but are also a great source of encouragement for the movement for national liberation and progressive people in the world.
