    Soc Trang - Colonel Pham Quoc Viet is in charge of Soc Trang Provincial Police until he is appointed to the position of Provincial Police Director.

    On the afternoon of January 8, the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with Soc Trang Provincial Police, held a ceremony to announce and promulgate the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

    At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Bui Quoc Khanh - Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police to take up the task and hold the position of Director of the Department of Professional Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security from January 10, 2025.
