On January 14, the Ministry of National Defense said that the Legal Department had just organized a conference to collect opinions from voters in their workplace for Colonel Pham Duc Hoai, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Defense - the person introduced to run for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, term 2026 - 2031.
Opinions expressed at the conference all expressed consensus and unanimity affirming that Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has a clean and clear background; has grown up in practice, study and work. He was assigned many important positions by the Party, State, and Army.
During his work, Colonel Pham Duc Hoai always stood firm on the ideological stance of the working class; had steadfast political bravery, absolute loyalty to the Party, to the Fatherland and the people, and absolute trust in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the renovation for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization.
Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has good moral qualities, a simple, innocent, thriving, honest, selfless lifestyle; strictly complies with the law and regulations of the Army, units and localities where he resides, resolutely fights against manifestations of corruption, wastefulness, bureaucracy, arrogance, authoritarianism and other violations of the law. Has work experience and high prestige in leadership, command and unit; regularly closely contacts and respects, listens to the opinions of the People, and is responsible to the People and is trusted and loved by the People.
Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has a good level of culture, military expertise, leadership and command capacity, and good health, always completing all assigned tasks well and excellently, making many important and positive contributions to the cause of building the Army, consolidating national defense and security, and firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
Colonel Pham Duc Hoai affirmed that he will continue to strive to work with the highest sense of responsibility; regularly innovate, dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; match words with deeds; well implement setting an example; constantly research and study to improve qualifications and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
At the conference, 100% of voters voted unanimously to introduce Colonel Pham Duc Hoai to participate in the candidacy for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term.
