Concluding the preliminary review session, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of all agencies and units that have performed well the assigned tasks, basically completed the plan and met the set requirements.
All tasks have been clearly stated in the project. It is necessary to clearly identify what has been completed, what needs to be continued and refined. So that at the latest at 12 pm tonight it must be completed so that tomorrow morning we can conduct a general review" - The Standing Secretary of the Secretariat requested.

Thoroughly grasping some specific tasks, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested to complete the performance decoration, sound, lighting... at the Main Hall and the display space in the main hall according to the design and update the direction at the preliminary review, ensuring harmony, solemnity, and proper rituals.
The Standing Secretary of the Secretariat clearly stated that all remaining contents and tasks need to be completed by the end of January 13. The Press Center is ready before the Opening Ceremony and the International Press Conference on the 14th Party Congress on the afternoon of January 14.
Emphasizing the requirement to ensure absolute security and safety, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the Party Central Committee Office and agencies, units, and forces participating in serving the Congress to continue to closely coordinate to complete the final stages, ready for the General Rehearsal of the organizational work serving the 14th Party Congress to take place on the morning of January 14, ensuring the contents are in accordance with the plan.
Reporting at the preliminary review, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung - Deputy Minister of Public Security - said that so far, all forces and technical vehicles have gathered at the National Convention Center to perform the task of ensuring security and safety for the Congress.
The Minister of Public Security has decided to make the National Convention Center a particularly important national security target from January 1st and decided that it will expire on January 30th - 5 days after the Congress," said Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung.
The Ministry of Public Security has coordinated with the Ministry of National Defense and other forces to synchronously deploy and thoroughly survey all areas and works around the National Convention Center, compare the protection plan of the 13th Party Congress and have regulation and supplementation of forces and means to ensure absolute safety for the 14th Party Congress.
