On July 14, the Dak Lak Provincial Inspectorate informed that from the beginning of 2025 to now, inspectors at all levels and sectors across the province have conducted 14 inspections of responsibility for implementing legal regulations on receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing corruption.
The authorities discovered 6 cases and 6 violators. Of which, there was 1 case of embezzlement of property appropriating a total of more than 43 million VND; 3 cases of disciplinary violations when taking advantage of positions, powers, fields, and work positions for profit.
There was 1 case of irresponsibility in leadership, direction and management, allowing the unit to occur... violating the law, process, and working regulations.
The leader of the Dak Lak Provincial Inspectorate said: "In the coming months, the Provincial Inspectorate will focus on inspecting, reviewing, and resolving complicated, pending, and prolonged complaints and denunciations in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. Thereby, effectively implementing the work of receiving people, handling petitions, and promptly resolving newly arising cases according to regulations".
"We will strengthen inspection, detection and handling of corruption to achieve the goal of preventing and gradually pushing back corruption and negativity.
Thereby, promoting and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative reform, preventing and combating corruption and waste," added the leader of Dak Lak Provincial Inspectorate.
