    According to the National Assembly's Resolution, members of the National Assembly Standing Committee include the National Assembly Chairman, 6 National Assembly Vice Chairmen and 11 members.

    On April 6, Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and promulgated Resolution No. 01/2026 of the National Assembly on the number of members of the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee.

    Accordingly, the National Assembly decided that the number of members of the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee is 18 people. Including: National Assembly Chairman, 6 National Assembly Vice Chairmen, 11 members of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

    The National Assembly Chairwoman also signed and promulgated Resolution No. 04/2026 of the National Assembly on election of members of the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee.

    Among them, 11 National Assembly deputies of the 16th term hold the position of Members of the National Assembly Standing Committee, including Mr./Ms.: Lam Van Man, Phan Chi Hieu, Phan Van Mai, Le Tan Toi, Nguyen Dac Vinh, Nguyen Thanh Hai, Nguyen Huu Dong, Le Thi Nga, Le Quang Manh, Hoang Duy Chinh, Vu Hai Ha.

    Thus, the 18 members of the 16th National Assembly Standing Committee include:

    1. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man

    2. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Van Chien

    3. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh.

    4. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh.

    5. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Hong Dien.

    6. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Doan Anh.

    7. Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Hong.

    8. Chairman of the Ethnic Council Lam Van Man.

    9. Chairman of the Law and Justice Committee Phan Chi Hieu.

    10. Chairman of the Economic and Finance Committee Phan Van Mai.

    11. Chairman of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee Le Tan Toi.

    12. Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs Nguyen Dac Vinh.
