Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Election Committee Pham Hoang Son has just signed and issued Resolution No. 108/NQ-UBBC on confirming the election results and announcing the list of people elected as delegates of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council of the XX term, term 2026-2031.
According to the Resolution, the Bac Ninh Provincial Election Commission officially confirmed the results of the election of delegates to the Provincial People's Council of the XX term based on the provisions of current law and the election summary minutes.
The whole province has 18 electoral units, with 85 delegates elected out of a total of 137 candidates. According to the results attached to the Resolution, in 18 electoral units, many candidates achieved high voting rates, showing the trust of voters, in many cases exceeding 90%, showing the high trust of voters in the contingent of delegates of the Provincial People's Council of the XX term, 2026-2031.
The winning list shows a diverse delegation structure, including provincial leaders, officials of departments, branches, localities and representatives of socio-political organizations. Many delegates hold key positions such as Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, agencies, and branches.
Among the elected delegates, there are many cadres with high qualifications such as doctors and masters in the fields of economics, law, public management, Party building and state management; and also have work experience, having participated in People's Councils at all levels through many terms.
In addition, the list of delegates also ensures gender representation, age, social composition, and religion, contributing to improving the quality and comprehensiveness of the elected body in the locality.
The Resolution clearly states that the official list of people elected as delegates of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council of the XX term, 2026-2031, is issued attached, as a basis for relevant agencies and units to implement the next steps according to regulations.
