The Central Inspection Committee proposed that competent authorities consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee.

On September 11, 2026, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Committee continued its 12th Meeting under the chairmanship of Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Sy Thanh.

At the Meeting, after considering the Report proposing disciplinary action against violating party members at the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee; the Central Inspection Committee found:

Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, has declined in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; in preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, and negativity; violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and very badly affecting the prestige of the Party organization and agencies and units, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.

Considering the content, nature, severity, consequences, and causes of violations; based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee proposed competent authorities to consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc.
