At the meeting, Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh said that regarding the high school entrance exam and the high school graduation exam, there are two very big issues. In particular, with the high school entrance exam, it will be necessary to discuss and discuss very carefully the issue of student orientation and high school-level organization.
At the same time, in the policy discussion step to amend the Law on Vocational Education, the Ministry of Education and Training proposed a direction to develop vocational high schools, encouraging more students to study high school.

According to Mr. Vinh, if this policy can be handled, the pressure on the high school entrance exam will decrease, the pressure on the exam will decrease. The Ministry of Education and Training has reported this content and the Committee will compile it and send it to the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Regarding the high school graduation exam, Mr. Vinh said that there are still some big problems such as public opinion reflecting a lot on the exam questions for some subjects with very high difficulty compared to last year.
At the same time, this is the first time the high school graduation exam has been organized according to the new general education program, operating with many parallel textbooks. Therefore, the exam is more practical and has many extracurricular activities.
"This is a very new problem. Students' adaptation to new exam methods and methods is also a problem. This is also an issue of high expertise, so the Committee has requested the Ministry of Education and Training to report - Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh said.
According to Mr. Vinh, the general view is that the exam questions need to be highly classified and towards quality.
This is to avoid not classifying students and then keeping them on the same page. Even universities cannot separate or classify, which will affect the quality of training at university and postgraduate levels.
"We will coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training to carefully study to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee" - Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh added.
