Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Dien Bien Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and present the Minister's decision on appointing Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh (born in 1981, Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police) to hold the position of Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh - Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police - affirmed that he will continuously study and research professional tasks; try to train himself, maintain political courage, revolutionary ethics and the spirit of "serving the people".
Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh said that he will quickly grasp and get close to the assigned fields and areas; continue to inherit the glorious tradition of the heroic Dien Bien Police Force.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh - Director of the Provincial Police - said that Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh is a cadre with strong political will, good moral qualities; exemplary, dedicated, close to work, with a scientific and creative mindset, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good.
The appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh demonstrates the concern, recognition and appreciation of the Ministry of Public Security for his contributions, demonstrates trust, creates conditions for young officers to promote their intelligence and leadership capacity to contribute to the effective implementation of the organization and operation of the apparatus in the People's Public Security.
