Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do has just issued a document requesting a review and temporary suspension of the implementation of works and projects related to the reorganization of the apparatus of the political system.
Accordingly, in the investment sector, agencies, organizations, units and localities direct relevant departments, branches and units to review and temporarily suspend the implementation of new investment projects and works, repair, renovate and upgrade the working headquarters of agencies, organizations and units under the management of district and commune-level administrative units.
Temporarily suspend the construction of new provincial-level administrative agencies. For provincial-level agencies and units subject to consolidation and merger, only repairs and renovations are allowed to ensure the maintenance, service and regular operations of agencies and units.
For regular expenditure tasks, temporarily suspend the purchase of assets such as equipment and means (cars) serving the work in administrative agencies and units; the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State, except for assets that are truly necessary equipment and machinery, directly serving the regular tasks and activities of the agency or unit.
