General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, State Councilor of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un, President of the State of Palestine, Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Mahmoud Abbas, ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn, General Secretary of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) Chem Widhya sent congratulatory messages to General Secretary To Lam.
1. General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, State Councilor of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un emphasized that General Secretary To Lam's continued responsibility demonstrates the high trust of all members of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the People of Vietnam in Mr. To Lam personally, who has always strived for the development of the Communist Party and constantly strived to improve the lives of Vietnamese people.
General Secretary Kim Jong Un expressed his belief that the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, under the leadership of General Secretary To Lam, will successfully implement the Resolutions of the 14th Party Congress.
On this occasion, General Secretary Kim Jong Un wished the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two Parties and the two countries Vietnam - North Korea to continue to develop substantively and effectively in all fields, in accordance with the spirit of cooperation agreements mentioned at the Summit between the two countries Vietnam - North Korea in October 2025.
2. The President of the State of Palestine, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Mahmoud Abbas emphasized that the re-election of General Secretary To Lam to hold the position of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam reflects the great trust and highest respect that the Party Leadership and the Vietnamese People have for his leadership capacity and political intelligence.
President Mahmoud Abbas congratulated the brilliant success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and affirmed that the policies and orientations approved by the Congress will certainly continue to promote the progress, development and prosperity that the brotherly Socialist Republic of Vietnam has achieved.
The President expressed pride in the historical friendship that unites the people and the two countries, and at the same time wished that through close coordination with General Secretary To Lam and the new leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the two sides would continue to strive to strengthen bilateral friendship and cooperation in many fields, for the benefit of the people of the two countries and for the values of peace, justice and development.
3. 4. Secretary General of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) Chem Widhya highly appreciated the great results of the 14th Congress, including reaffirming strategic development goals, emphasizing prioritizing institutional reform and innovation of parliamentary activities, as well as orienting socio-economic transformation towards becoming more sustainable, believing that these results will create a solid foundation for Vietnam to continue to develop further.
