On the afternoon of December 5, at the headquarters of the Industrial Parks Management Board, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision on the transfer and appointment of the Head of the Industrial Parks Management Board.
Previously, the Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a decision (No. 3059/QD-UBND) dated December 4, 2024 on the transfer and appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions.
The decision clearly states that Mr. Dinh Xuan Dieu, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac district, holds the position of Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Dak Lak province.
Previously, in July 2024, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee issued a press release at the 30th session.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed, considered responsibilities, and proposed disciplinary action against a number of Party members who committed violations and shortcomings related to the organization and implementation of bidding packages carried out by the International Progress Joint Stock Company (AIC).
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined Mr. Dinh Xuan Dieu - Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac district (former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance) and a number of related individuals.
In addition to reviewing and enforcing Party discipline, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission unanimously proposed that the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee consider and assign other appropriate work to Mr. Dinh Xuan Dieu.
However, the statute of limitations for disciplinary action has now expired, and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requires serious lessons to be learned.
