Prime Minister assigns Acting Minister of Education and Training
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 356/QD-TTg on assigning the Acting Minister of Education and Training (MOET).
The Prime Minister decided to transfer Mr. Hoang Minh Son - Member of the Party Central Committee, Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi - to work at the Ministry of Education and Training, assigning him as Acting Minister of Education and Training.

In Decision No. 345/QD-TTg dated February 26, 2026, the Prime Minister assigned Mr. Tran Hong Thai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to manage the activities of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology until competent authorities complete the title of President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
According to Decision No. 344/QD-TTg dated February 26, 2026, Mr. Chau Van Minh - Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology resigned from the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to be assigned to other jobs.
