On the morning of February 26, in Cao Bang, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work, continuing to consolidate the leadership and management apparatus in some key agencies and units of the province.
Attending and chairing the conference were Mr. Phan Thanh An - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Be Thanh Tinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Vu Hong Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and sectors.
At the conference, Ms. Le Hai Yen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Committee - announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Accordingly, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Nghia - Deputy Head of Department 3, Internal Political Security Department (Ministry of Public Security), assigned to the Provincial Party Committee Office - was appointed to the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Kien - Head of the Provincial Police Staff Department, assigned to the Provincial Party Committee Office - holds the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
On the same day, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint 5 officials to be leaders of agencies under the government bloc.
Speaking to assign tasks, Mr. Be Thanh Tinh emphasized that cadre work is a key stage in building the Party and the political system.
This transfer and appointment shows the proactiveness and timeliness of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in arranging and consolidating the team, meeting the development requirements of the locality in the new period.
Provincial leaders requested officials in new positions to continue to train political bravery, improve leadership and management capacity; promote the spirit of solidarity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good; quickly start working, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of agencies and units.
