On October 29, in Tuy Hoa City, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Director of Institute of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy - announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Pham Trung Thuan - Deputy Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Binh Dinh province - to hold the position of Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province. The term of office is 5 years, starting from November 1, 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung - Deputy Director of the Institute of Supreme People's Procuracy - presented the decision, congratulated and asked Mr. Pham Trung Thuan to continue to maintain solidarity, promote the capacity, role and responsibility of the head of the agency and unit, and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Trung Thuan - the new Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province - thanked the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy and local Party committees for their attention, and promised to make efforts, constantly strive, train political and moral qualities, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, improve capacity, qualifications, and sense of responsibility to perform well the assigned tasks.

At the Ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy - announced the Decision of the Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Trung Hung - Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province to hold the position of Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Binh Dinh province, for a term of 5 years, starting from November 1, 2024.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Le Trung Hung thanked the Party Executive Committee, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee and all leaders, cadres and civil servants of Binh Dinh People's Procuracy for their attention and trust. At the same time, Mr. Le Trung Hung promised to continuously train the political qualities and ethics of cadres, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, improve capacity and qualifications to perform well the assigned tasks.
Also on October 28, the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on the transfer and appointment of officials.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Gio - Head of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee - announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on transferring Mr. Le Van Toan - Director of the Department of Justice, to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department and appointing him to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department from November 1, 2024 until the retirement age according to regulations.
