On March 1, information from Nghe An Provincial Police said that it had just held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of leaders at the department level and district level according to the Project of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security.
At the event, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel of Nghe An Provincial Police announced the decision to mobilize 104 leaders of the department level, district level Police according to the Project of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security. All cadres were mobilized in accordance with their wishes, working capacity, excitement, and high determination to take on new assignments.
Implementing the policy of the Party, State, and Central Public Security Party Committee on continuing to arrange and streamline the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation; up to now, 33 leaders at the department level and district level of the Public Security in the province have voluntarily applied for early retirement or held lower positions to facilitate the organization and arrangement of cadres.
The Provincial Police have also mobilized nearly 1,400 commanders and officers to the commune-level police to meet the commune-level police model of a minimum of 12 officers/commune; a number of officers are mobilized to professional departments.
During the process of restructuring the apparatus, many leaders and commanders volunteered to go to the grassroots or be deployed in more difficult and arduous positions.
According to Nghe An Provincial Police, implementing the policy of the Party, State and Central Party Committee of the Public Security, Nghe An Provincial Police have urgently deployed the organization of a 2-level local police model (provincial and commune levels), not organizing district-level police and transferring some functions and tasks to the public security force.
The work of arranging the police apparatus at 2 levels has been basically completed, demonstrating the solidarity and determination of Nghe An Police force.
