On May 11, Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 17 of the Politburo, Secretariat led by Mr. Duong Duy Hung - Director of the General Economics Department, Central Policy and Strategy Committee worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Pho Hien ward (Hung Yen province).
Reports at the working session showed that since implementing the 2-level local government in Pho Hien ward, the effectiveness and efficiency of state management have been gradually improved; increased the proactiveness of commune-level government; administrative reform and digital transformation have positively changed; the resolution of work for people and businesses has been ensured continuously, without interruption.
Regarding the implementation of solutions to ensure double-digit growth, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the development of programs, plans, projects and key tasks to concretize economic growth targets suitable to the local reality.
In the first quarter of 2026, Pho Hien ward's budget revenue reached over 470 billion VND, equal to 162% of the provincial estimate. Gradually promote the application of information technology, digital software and innovative solutions in management, administration and serving the People.

The locality also proposed some existing problems, difficulties, and inadequacies such as: the number of staff assigned is small compared to the actual volume and tasks; some specialized fields do not have civil servants with appropriate in-depth training; digital infrastructure is weak or uneven; site clearance work in some projects still faces difficulties.
Concluding the working session, Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 17 of the Politburo and the Secretariat acknowledged the results achieved by the Party Committee of Pho Hien ward in the past time. At the same time, it requested the local Party Committee to continue to strongly innovate thinking and development vision; it is necessary to have major policies and breakthrough solutions to ensure double-digit growth targets.
The delegation also proposed that localities need to further quantify the achieved results, as well as difficulties and recommendations. Through this, the delegation will summarize and report to the Central Government for consideration and promulgation of mechanisms and policies to remove obstacles and solve them.
