On March 4, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision on organization and personnel work. Mr. Huynh Thanh Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee chaired the conference.
The conference announced the decision of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of 4 specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee, including: the Party Committee's Organization Committee; the Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; the Party Committee's Inspection Committee Agency and the Party Committee's Office.
The Party Executive Committee assigned the Party Committee Standing Committee to base on the Party Charter and related regulations, issue Regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of specialized agencies to advise, assist and lead and direct the implementation of regulations; develop working regulations, assign specific tasks to cadres, civil servants and employees according to management levels.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee also announced decisions to receive, assign, and appoint cadres and civil servants of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee.
The Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Party Committee is one of two newly established Party Committees, including 53 grassroots Party organizations and more than 6,000 Party members. Currently, the Executive Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee has 23 members, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 7 members. Mr. Tran Tri Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Acting Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee - holds the position of Acting Party Secretary.
