According to the report, in the first 6 months of the year, Khanh Hoa recorded a slight increase in the number of complaints and denunciations compared to the same period in 2024 (an increase of 145 complaints). Of which, the number of applications in the land sector accounts for 79.6% (3.069 applications out of a total of 3,855 applications eligible for processing).
The work of receiving people and handling complaints and denunciations has achieved many positive results. The province has handled 115/164 cases under its authority (701%), the remaining cases are within the processing period. Many outstanding cases have been reviewed and resolved; "hot" points about large crowds have been handled promptly.
However, the settlement of petitions and denunciations still has many limitations. The cases are often complicated and long-standing; in many cases, people have submitted petitions many times, the content overlaps, and have been handled according to their authority but continue to demand resolution. Some cases of citizens being taken advantage of and inciting complaints are not in accordance with regulations.
On the other hand, the staffing of cadres and civil servants in many units is still lacking, and many tasks have to be held concurrently, which has affected the progress of handling petitions.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, for cases that have been resolved but not in accordance with the correct order and regulations, it is necessary to consider and resolve them. As for cases that have been resolved beyond their authority and in accordance with regulations, and have no basis for further consideration, they will not be considered for re-resolution.
