On March 29, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Rah Lan Chung, directed to improve the operational efficiency of the one-stop department at agencies, units and localities in the province.
In the past, some localities still had limitations in managing and operating this department. In the People's Committee of Pleiku city, the situation of people massly issuing numbers in order to cause disorder and insecurity still occurs.
Administrative procedure guidance is still delayed, some officials have not strictly followed the working time.
Faced with this situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and sectors to coordinate with the Public Administration Service Center to rectify. Civil servants and public employees at the Center must strictly comply with working hours, and this will be the criteria for annual assessment and classification.
The Provincial People's Committee Office is assigned to monitor and urge the implementation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism across the province. Agencies and units that do not comply will be compiled and reported to the Provincial People's Committee for handling according to regulations.
