On November 29, Gia Lai Provincial People's Council held a press conference to inform about the organization of the 2024 year-end session of the 12th Provincial People's Council.
The meeting will take place from December 9 to December 11, at Hall 2.9, Pleiku City. At this meeting, delegates will review, discuss and approve 35 draft Resolutions of the Provincial People's Committee to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council.
Draft Resolutions such as: Decision on public investment plan for 2025 from local budget sources; National target program and approval of capital allocation plan for 2025 from central budget sources.
Draft Resolution approving the list of projects requiring land acquisition to be implemented in 2025; Expected medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026-2030.
Draft Resolution stipulating treatment policies, attraction policies, and training policies for medical human resources at public health facilities in Gia Lai for the period 2025-2030. The draft stipulates investment levels, investment support, and forest protection from the State budget...
At the meeting, units such as the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial People's Court... will report on their activities in 2024 and tasks in 2025.
Practice, thrift, anti-waste, crime prevention and law violation results in the area. Some draft resolutions related to public investment, budget revenue and budget allocation in 2025 will be consulted by the Provincial People's Council delegates for voting to sign and promulgate before December 10 according to the Law on Public Investment.
