    On November 5, at the 22nd session, the 14th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council passed 11 resolutions.

    Including: Resolution on investment policy for a number of traffic projects and works; Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2021-2025; Resolution on the Medium-term Public Investment Plan at the provincial level for the period 2026-2030; Resolution on regulations on gift giving on the occasion of the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), Lunar New Year every year for people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution; Resolution on the Urban Development Program of Cam Pha, Mong Cai, Uong Bi cities to 2030, with a vision to 2040... Reporting at the meeting, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province Cao Tuong Huy emphasized: Quang Ninh will continue to be steadfast with the set goals, maintaining a double-digit GRDP growth rate, striving for economic growth in the fourth quarter to reach over 15%, and the state budget revenue for the whole year to not be lower than 55,600 billion VND; FDI attraction for the whole year reached 3 billion USD.
